SUMMARY The need to have an optimal corporate virtual training process has increased due to the scarcity of energy resources, exacerbated by the economic crisis in society and the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, together with the fact that in Cuba every access to external virtual training is increasingly complex due to political factors. The Department of Analytics Systems of the DATYS company, dedicated to the development, deployment and training of computer systems, is immersed in the corporate instruction of third parties in the use of the ABACO.PLUS platform for data analysis and anomaly detection. , applying Big Data techniques, a process, which was designed using the Six Sigma Methodology, to increase its capacity. This design constitutes the objective of this research, with its application it is achieved: reduction of costs and energy resources to be used, optimization of the time dedicated to the production of the specialists who taught the course in person, third-party access to training permanently both institutions and the community interested in the topics taught and increased satisfaction of stakeholders
