Key themes include accessibility and inclusivity, content understanding and engagement, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation and repurposing and legal requirements. It provides a model that makes transcriptions easier through Python modules and libraries and making a user-friendly interface so that the users can access without any hurdle and interference. Through an analysis of scholarly research and practical applications, the paper observes how transcripts enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities, improve search engine optimization and recommendations, spread content understanding and engagement, support content creation and repurposing, and address legal requirements. The outcome is an aid for both makers and watchers on YouTube. Makers can take what they learn from looking at video texts to make their stuff more engaging and easy to get to. People who can't hear, and others, find handouts helpful for enjoying and getting the content.
